Packages & Pricing

You will struggle to find any other consultants prepared to put guidance prices on their website.   WWA are proud to be different. We like to be transparent about our costs from the outset and publish guidance figures on our website so our potential clients can make an informed decision to engage.

Return on investment and Adding Value for clients is the key driver for us, so we take the vast majority of fees on a success basis as a percentage of the uplift.

All engagements are on a free-lance basis so WWA consultants are fully equipped: own car, laptop, mobile phone, employment costs such as NI, holidays, pensions, medical insurance, etc.

Out of pocket expenses particularly for exceptional items will need to be claimed but we first seek your approval before any expenses are incurred.

Employing staff or engaging WWA -   The true cost of employment.

Bear in mind the  true cost of employment.  A £25,000 salary actually costs you the employer around £45,000 (tax year 2012/13) – NI, PAYE plus Work-Place Pensions, the cost of a work station, computer, desk, chair, perhaps a mobile phone plus all the other usual items such as holidays, sickness, etc.

Growth and Development

The vast majority of our fee is a percentage of the net uplift generated.  You keep 75% of what we achieve for you for the time we are working together with you (usually 12 to 24 months) and 90% for the following 3 years (this acts like a guarantee to maintain the performance).  We do insist on a flat rate too, we all have to be fully committed to the project, this is a straight-forward flat rate to avoid any worries about a ‘meter running’ and means WWA is available to you at anytime (within reason) throughout the month.  For the first 3 months this amount is £4kpm dropping to £2kpm thereafter, as the percentage starts to kick-in, for the duration of the project.

Turnaround & Rescue - Success based fee structure based on a percentage of the uplift

The vast majority of our fee is a percentage of the net uplift generated.  You keep 65% of what we achieve for you for the time we are working together with you (usually 12 to 24 months) and 85% for the following 3 years and we can remain working with you albeit at a greatly reduced rate to help guide the business to stay on track.  We do insist on a flat rate too, we all have to be fully committed to the project, this is a straight-forward flat rate to avoid any worries about a ‘meter running’ and means WWA is available to you at anytime (within reason) throughout.  Because the business is stressed we offer a simple rate of £2kpm.

Introductions

Paid by the party that generates the invoice/profit - £250 for initial introduction, followed by £250 once there is positive engagement (first invoice) plus 2.5% of all sales for the following 3 years.

Selling into the UK & Ireland - Success based fee structure

For overseas companies wanting to sell into the UK and Ireland markets, the vast majority of our fee is a percentage of the net uplift generated.  You keep 75% of what we achieve for you.  We do insist on a flat rate too, we all have to be fully committed to the project, this is a straight-forward flat rate dependent on the number of services required and the nature of the project.  Generally, because the first 6 months there is usually foundation work, the fixed amount will reduce from month 7.
